Experienced, friendly and talented San Diego quinceanera photographer capable of directing and coordinating family and friends during photo taking. Artistic and creative photos of the couple, scenery and decor. Traditional family photos. Non-obtrusive documentary style ceremony and reception coverage.
DJ SERVICES: Powerful top-class speakers, mixers and interference-free microphones. Multiple mic options and backups for all situations (lapel, headset, wireless handheld, wired on a stand). Professional MC announcements, creative music mixing, fully customizable playlist. Intelligent LED dance floor lighting, lighted DJ façade and other state-of-the-art lighting options.
PLANNING & COORDINATION (when comprehensive coverage is purchased): Event timeline/agenda preparation, general advice, consulting and referrals. Confirming arrival/setup and coverage times for all of your vendors. Directing all important events and being the main point of contact for all parties involved. Distributing final payment(s) and/or gratuity to all vendors.
PAYMENT POLICY: For San Diego wedding coordinator and all other services we offer, the total balance listed on the contract is divided into three payments. The 1st payment (1/3 of the total amount) is required to secure our services for your event date and it is due upon receipt. The 2nd payment (half of the remaining amount) is due 30 days prior to your event date. The 3rd payment (remaining balance) is due upon our arrival on the day of your occasion. If you decide to cancel the service for any reason, each payment is refundable only before its due date.
